Website design costs (or where the money goes)
My charges will, in the main, be determined by the time it takes me to develop your website. In other words, the fewer number of hours I invest in designing your website, the less it will cost you. So the more 'leg work' you can do, the better.Just to give you an idea of where the time goes, here’s a check list of what’s involved in designing a website...
- Formulate and register your website's name
- Identify the keywords and phrases that will get your site found
- Determine the site's content and then write it
- Source and process photographs and create the graphics
- Establish the look and feel (the design) of the site
- And finally, build and publish the website!
